Polly and Jason

I met up with Polly and Jason the other day at the Griffith Observatory (the architecture is so amazing). They are the sweetest couple and meshed so well together. I'm so glad we found a day to take their engagment pictures as they both are super busy-Polly owns a Thai restuarant and Jason has his own mechanic shop. I love the last picture of them in front of the moon, so cool looking...

Off the Trail...part 2

So, over the long Thanksgiving weekend we made a slight trek outside the O.C. Luckily, B was driving as L.A. traffic is too crazy for me. For those who know me or don't know me for that matter, I suck at driving. Anywho, there was a slight detour when I suggested getting off the freeway. Here are a few things that I found...

I've got skills...

I confess...we trespassed to get the next 2 shots

The colors are so pretty, but that eye over my shoulder????

Ellaine & Ed

Last Sunday, I was down at Cal State Long Beach with Elaine and Ed. I had never been to that school for pictures so it's always fun going on new grounds. We started off at the Japanese Gardens and made our way to the Pyramid. It's always fun photographing two people who have so much fun together. I can't wait for their wedding this January.

Amy & George

Amy and George were married this past Saturday at the Imperial Ballroom in Fullerton. They left no detail unturned from the lighting and the centerpieces down to the casino cocktail hour and the candy bar. This wedding was definitly aimed at making sure every guest had fun.

I met up with Amy and George for their engagement pictures at the Queen Mary back in May and I was so stoked to see that they had made a lit up movie poster with the pictures I had taken. I can't believe how creative these two are.

For the second week in a row I was able to work with event coordinator Betty and her husband Jose from Talk of the Town. They rock!

Amy and George, congrats to you both - have fun in Paris...

Vanessa & Eric

On the 13th, Vanessa and Eric were married at El Adobe in San Juan Capistrano. Vanessa looked beatiful in her customized dress that she kept hidden from everyone including her mom. Eric looked great as well, look close enough and you can see his checkered Vans.

I finally had the chance to work with coordinators Betty and her husband Jose from Talk of the Town who made sure everything ran smoothly. It was great working with Eric from SoCal-Dj again as he kept the music going and the guests dancing.

Road Trip...

I started this blog long ago with intentions of just showing the work I've done throughout the month. As I started becoming friends with all my clients, they were wondering why I don't blog or post pictures about me and what I do when I am not photographing a wedding, engagement or boudoir session.

Honestly, I am not the type to have pictures of myself. I'd rather be behind the camera rather than in front of it. Today, during a little road trip outside of what is now considered "The O.C.," B and I found some beautiful areas to take pictures at. After, having a brief scare of possible poison ivy, a word of advice to all...stay on the trail!

How do you like them apples?

A little too Blair Witch for me...

Laying on the floor to get that...

Skip to my loo my darling...

You'd not believe how freezing that water drum was

Excuse me...Please stay on the trail at all times

Keepin it real since 1978...

Possible advertisement for laundry detergent??

First picture together since April 2006...no joke

Lindsay and Luis

I was in Downtown Pasadena last week for Lindsay and Luis' wedding at The Rococo Room. After being kicked out a few times by the mighty powerful forces of store security, we were able to get some fabulous shots. Look at the security guard getting in the group picture...he really didn't want me to get that shot-how funny.
